1 Introduction & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the bd45 platform and its users. bd45 is an online gaming platform that provides slots, cricket betting, live casino, mines, lottery, and various other gaming services for users in Bangladesh.

Creating more than one account per person is strictly prohibited. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, bank account, or mobile wallet may result in the closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

Deposits on the bd45 platform can be made using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major banks).

• Minimum Deposit: ৳300 (per method)
• Deposits are generally credited to the wallet instantly.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Using third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods & Limits

Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit. Standard withdrawal processing time is 5–30 minutes.

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• bd45 reserves the right to carry out additional verification for suspicious transactions.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bd45 offers new users a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
• Example: Deposit ৳14,000 and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a bonus, a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount must be fulfilled. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus.

• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms, which will be detailed on the offer page.
• A bonus offer may be claimed only once (per person and per household).
• bd45 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the account may be terminated.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless stated otherwise in the offer terms.

6 Gaming Policy

6.1 Fair Play

7 Prohibited Conduct

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by bd45

If a user violates these Terms, bd45 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account without notice. In cases of a terms violation, any bonus balance in the wallet may be forfeited.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account yourself at any time. To do so, contact our support team. Please ensure any valid balance is withdrawn before the account is closed.
